My friend and I drove to the Hunter to see the set up at Akuna and to meet you. We were very impressed with the whole operation.

| What did you enjoy most about using our service? |

You have been incredibly tolerant of our concerns about the pets and there quirky habits. You were very reassuring too. We were also impressed with the pick up and delivery service.

| What is your favourite Bagel Story? |
When our cocker spaniel bagel went to sleep for the night (or when he was naughty) we would put him in his kennel and shut the flap door. For seven years bagel went along with this routine he would patiently wait for someone to open the door and let him out.
Then one day we decided to get a new puppy to keep him company. On the day Capers arrived, after an initial greeting and so as not to over whelm her we put Bagel in the kennel to allow Capers time to become acquainted with her new surroundings. While he was patiently sitting in there awaiting release she pushed the swinging door and rushed in, rushed out and did this a few times. Eventually Bagel (who for seven years had not realised he was quite able to open the flap door with a push of his nose) got the hang of it, at first tentative, his nose pushed the door a bit and then with growing confidence more of his body edged out after a few more cautious attempts to enter and exit unassisted he had the hang of it. Never again would he be confined in the kennel. It took a new puppy to teach this old dog a new trick.
