The consistency in care in handling our dog Bonnie.
The professional approach and never to busy to discuss Bonnies needs, who is now elderly and requires more attention.
Also the service is always updating the kennels and care/play programs.

This is a true "Bonnie Story".
Bonnie is known for her love of food! And it doesn't matter who owns it.
Bonnie was in the kitchen one night when dinner was being served - Terry's favourite pasta dish. Bonnie beat him to the table whilst no one was watching, but could only eat half the plate (Tongue wouldn't reach any further).
Caught wearing a tomato red lipstick and a very smug look!! Hence the reason why she goes on the slimming/weight loss program when she holidays at Akuna Care.
