Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made by phone, fax or email.
New clients and all school holidays - a booking fee of $50 must be paid at time of booking. Balance of fees are then payable at commencement of boarding.
Note: Booking fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.
All pets are charged per pet/per calendar day. This includes arrival and departure days and is regardless of drop off or pick up time.
High Season rates applicable to all school holidays, plus Friday to Tuesday of all long weekends and Anzac Day.
Minimum Christmas Booking. (22nd December - 11th January)
3 Weeks -
New Client
2 Weeks -
Existing Client - a client who has used our service for 14 days of that calendar year not including January.
1 Weeks -
As above but for 28 days of that calendar year not including January.
For For long term boarding, (8 weeks and over) payment can be made monthly.
Closed all public holidays and Easter long weekend, Friday to Monday inclusive.
Surcharges apply to treats, food, toys and bedding from home as well as for undesexed dogs. See the price list for costs.
Health Requirements
All dogs must be currently vaccinated to a C5 level and vaccination certificate MUST be shown at the time of
the admission into the kennels or faxed through ahead of time.
All dogs and cats must be on a flea treatment that kills fleas on contact. This way your pet and our kennel stays flea free
All dogs must be on an all wormer and a heartworm treatment.
