Why you first choose Akuna Care?

When I was moving to the Hunter Valley I needed to find a good boarding kennel for Zach to stay in whilst I sorted out fencing and settled into our new home. I searched the internet and was impressed with Akuna's website. I then called Akuna and spoke to Ariel which resulted in booking Zach in for two weeks. The collection and delivery service was an added bonus.

Why you continued to use our service?

Everyone is friendly and helpful and your service is very punctual too. I have been very impressed with the professionalism shown in the caring and boarding of Zach.

Most importantly, for me, Zach loves to go on his little holidays, whenever I have to travel away for work commitments. Just recently when AJ came to collect Zach, he became so excited when he heard AJ's voice and then promptly charged straight out and into the van all ready for his next trip.

What is your favourite Zach story?

My friend Amanda had a small spaniel called Nicky who used to have a best friend called Zach. When Amanda and I chose Zach and brought him home we stopped at her place first and Nicky became friends with my black puppy so I decided to call him Zach too.

I also have a cat and a small parrot. The cat is scared of the parrot (It bit her) and Zach is scared of the cat (She terrorised him when he was small) however the parrot and Zach are friends. Zach usually won't eat his breakfast until I bring out the parrot and then he's happy - although he usually then ignores him for the rest of the day.
